and resource-efficient, Ascott has embarked on a global sustainability drive to become the world’s leading green serviced residence company.

Through the ‘Go Green @ Ascott’ initiative, the company will incorporate green elements into all new properties to be built or renovated, including the use of sustainable building materials or products that are locally sourced, more energy efficient and more durable, and consequently have less impact on the environment.
