well wishes. The salad features a colourful medley of vegetables with a lavish selection of
seafood including Maguro (Tuna), abalone or lobster. Savour just the right balance of flavours
from the harmonious combination of specially prepared sauces to complement all the ingredients.

this Lunar New Year. Highlights include the fragrantly Steamed Truffle, Forest Mushrooms
Dumplings (松露杂菌素果, $7.80++ per set of three pieces); the traditional Steamed Golden
Fresh Prawn Dumpling (金箔鲜虾饺, $9.90++ per set of three pieces) that is packed with
succulent prawns and the perfected Rice Wine Xiao Long Bao (酒酿小笼包, $8.80++ per set of
