Southeast Asia’s most important jewellery exhibition is set to dazzle visitors in its third year. The Singapore Jewellery & Gem Fair 2015 will show a stunning selection of fine jewellery and gems worth more than S$2.5 billion. The exhibition will present the highest quality pieces, from the simple and beautiful, to most coveted and rare items, at exclusive prices. More than 200 exhibitors from across the globe will represent every jewellery and gem sector in ten themed and country pavilions.
As well as a massive selection of exquisite pieces from internationally-acclaimed jewellers, visitors to the fair will have the chance to win exciting prizes such as hotel vouchers and skincare hampers at the daily lucky draws, as well as a 2 Day 1 Night stay at Marina Bay Sands Orchid Suite.
Other fair highlights include:
- “Diamond in the Rough”, the Diamond Exchange of Singapore’s gala dinner celebrating SG50 which will include a charity auction where proceeds will go to the Singapore Repertory Theatre (SRT) Children’s Fund.
- An SG50 Exhibition will feature Singapore’s unique heritage in the arts of fine jewellery making.
- A series of seminars conducted by a panel of reputable speakers will touch on topics such as the “Fluorescence of Diamonds” and “The Connoisseurs’ Guide to Appreciating Jewellery”. The seminars are presented in collaboration with the Euromonitor International, Gemological Institute of America Laboratory Bangkok (GIA) and the Jewellery Design and Management International School (JDMIS).
