Savour the culture and authentic flavours of Spain at Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant.

As its name suggests, Serenity Spanish Bar and Restaurant wants its patrons to relax, unwind and enjoy the most authentic Spanish flavours and culture whenever they visit. Diners can look forward to an inimitable dining experience featuring delicious cuisine, a charming ambience, and attentive, friendly service.

Topmost on Serenity’s list of signature dishes are the a la minute cooked Paellas (Spanish rice) and Cochinillo, the Spanish style suckling pig, which can be ordered in quarter, half and whole portions. Other must-tries are of course the delectable authentic Spanish Tapas & Soups, Spanish Noodle (Fideua) dishes, and
Sangrias (Spanish Wine Cocktails).

Start your meal with a fine selection of over 42 types of Tapas including the mouth-watering Grilled Spanish Octopus, Spanish Cod Fish Cake, Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Prawns) and Patatas Bravas (Roasted Potato), to name a few.

Spanish cuisine is certainly not complete without Paella, the traditional Spanish rice dish. Serenity offers more than eight varieties of Spain’s national dish, and uses Bomba, a type of short-grain that is able to absorb the flavours of the ingredients three times more than normal rice, thus infusing the dish with even more flavour. The Seafood Paella is a must-try, teeming with tiger prawns, squid, mussels and dory fish, and so is the Black Squid Ink Paella, which is generously topped with squid and tiger prawns.

For the ultimate in authentic Spanish cuisine, order the Cochinillo Asado, a whole Spanish-style Roasted Suckling Pig that has been marinated with sherry, white wine, vinegar and herbs, and slowly roasted for over three hours. The presentation alone is a highlight – the piping hot pig is brought to the table on an enormous wooden platter, and swiftly portioned into smaller pieces using a small plate. The whole piglet serves up to eight people and is so tender that it can be cut with a plate instead of a knife. As the plate slices through the crispy skin and meat, you get to witness just how tender and juicy the pork is before savouring it. A quarter portion of the pig is good for two persons while half a portion serves four. If you are with a group of six, it is wise to order the whole piglet.

Then end your meal on a sugar high with Serenity’s range of desserts that will leave you sweetly intoxicated – literally – as most are infused with sweet wine, sherry, rum or red wine for that distinctively Spanish touch. Try the Baked Valencia orange with Spanish sweet wine and ice cream or for something classically Spanish, opt for the well-loved Churros (Spanish donut), which comes with delicious hot chocolate sauce.

Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant offers a wide variety of Sangria concoctions to suit different palates. In fact, it is the only restaurant in Singapore that offers 24 types of Sangrias to pamper sophisticated taste buds and leave wine drinkers spoilt for choice. The refreshing fruity cocktail is made with a
distinctive base of wine or cava and mixed with brandy, gin, fresh juices, citrus fruits and soda.

Those who appreciate fine wine will be pleased with Serenity’s extensive wine list comprising more than 120 labels of Spanish wine from famous wine regions such as La Rioja, Rueda, Toro, Ribera Del Duero and Rias Bixas, including some 80 labels of exclusive and rare Spanish wines.

So for an authentic Spanish dining experience, look no further than Serenity Spanish Bar & Restaurant, which has opened two new outlets in Singapore and Bali. Now, you have even more opportunities to savour its delicious dishes.
