9am – 10am Revitalize with Yoga+

This healing practice renews your energy, and improve your strength as well as flexibility. Work with a variety of poses to cleanse toxic substances from your body and toxic thoughts from your mind. Break a sweat and give yourself the boost your body is craving for! Kick off the day feeling refreshed and get re-energize.

11am – 12pm Webarre Signature Multi-Level with WeBarre

This signature multi-level class is an exhilarating workout inspired by ballet, yoga, pilates & strength training to transform your entire body (yes you heard right!). Classes will be a fusion of isometric holds (small controlled movements) and full-range dynamic movements that will challenge you to build strength while moving gracefully with poise. Think body control, flow, strength & technique fused into one class – challenging you beyond your limits!

1pm – 2pm Sweat Sesh with Eat Train Love

Inject fun and freshness into fitness that combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), body weight, core conditioning, sports specific exercises, ZUU© movements and our signature bootcamp bonding. Get ready to ramp up your fitness levels, develop functional strength and feel fabulous. Come out of class with increased strength, mobility, and a strong core in this total body workout.

9am – 10am Power Up with Yoga+

Power up with this high energy workout aimed to strengthen your shoulders and core, to stimulate your mind and body. Harness the power of the community and elevate each other’s practices with group conditioning exercises, partner work, and more. Challenge your comfort zones, and make a friend or two while you’re at it.

4pm – 5pm Sunset Yoga with Yoga+

Tune in to the beat and wind down your day with an invigorating vinyasa practice, incorporating seamless and creative transitions in and out of the poses. The mixed level class provides options to flow in and out of arm and standing balancing poses, as we sweat in the backdrop of the regatta and the sunset.
