On Christmas Eve, savor Foie Gras flambed in fine cognac, Maine lobster, lolly buffets and the unique Nitro ice cream station. On New Year’s Eve, celebrate early a brunch or dinner that includes crabs, turkey and traditional pudding, or countdown to midnight at a Skygarden soiree filled with exquisite canapes and molecular desserts.  For a more intimate New Year’s get together, book the private cabana and toast to 2016 with Johnnie Walker Black, Sky Vodka or Piper Heidseidk champagne and a bucket of beers.

The Ritz Carlton Singapore takes you on a culinary journey celebrating Singapore’s heritage, with unlimited servings of Chinese, Indian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Western and local dishes as well as traditional Christmas favourites.

Christmas Eve is a seafood feast of eight different types of freshly-shucked oysters, flower crabs, and king crab legs. Festive highlights include honey baked ham, steamed Christmas plum pudding, and cakes.

On Christmas day, 8 conservatory kitchen showcase festive roasts and foie gras and unlimited pours of Möet, Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2006 and Rosé. For dinner, savor lobster, ham, beef wellington while being entertained by Morton Wilson of Schtung Music.

Casa Verde

Dreaming of a Green Christmas? Casa Verde is a laid-back trattoria amid the lush Singapore Botanic Gardens. To support the park’S UNESCO status, it offers both iconic Singaporean dishes that reflect our culture and history and Western choices like pastas and pizzas in line with the park’s colonial history. It has been recently refurbished and has incorporated eco-dining initiatives.

For Christmas, Casa Verde offers smoked salmon carpaccio with fennel, butternut squash soup with shrimp and wild mushroom salad, coppa ham, spinach ravioli and seafood totellino, crab bisque, pork belly, pan-roasted duck breast, and more.

3. Hay Roasted Savel Chicken, Smoked Potatoes, Baby Carrots & Truffle Split Jus- Cut

The Sofitel gives traditional Christmas cuisine a modern twist. The Festive Teaser, available until January 3, features salmon gravlax, smoked duck breasts, roasted chicken with a smoked potato puree, lamb shoulder confits, and a dessert of caramelized apple millefeuille or brioche pudding.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, feast on Amuse Bouche, salmon gravlax and Hay Roasted Savel chicken, and a delightful dessert of warm pear cake and honeycomb cinnamon ice cream.  Looking for a heartier holiday meal? The buffet brunch table groans under the weight of slow roasted lamb, whole sucking pig stuffed with chorizos, sweet breads and a wide array of desserts.

The New Year’s offering includes mouthwatering grass fed beef short rib, king salmon confit, gourmet appetisers and delicately prepared desserts that delight both the eye and the tastebuds.

Couples can also welcome 2016 with a New Year’s countdown at the rooftop pool bar. Enjoy a five-course meal, a bottle of champagne, and a romantic view.

Regent Singapore (Four Seasons)

Embrace the holiday cheer with Regent Singapore’s extravagant spread of Christmas classics: turkey breast stuffed with chestnut, mushroom and foie gras with wine sauce, 8-hour braised lamb osso buco with roasted vegetables, homemade beef bresaola with black truffle dressing and aged Parmesan, a cheese station with 40 Italian cheeses, and homemade agnolotti. End the meal with dark chocolate and orange gelato, nougat crème bulee, and more.

For New Year, The Four Seasons has prepared a slow braised pork knuckle, suckling pig stuffed with chestnuts, figs and parma ham, baked lobster, and a cheese and caviar station. The buffet features acacia honey-glazed ham with roasted fennel and cognac sauce, cherry-wood smoked salmon and caviar, cured duck breast and foie gras mini tarts, and Kobe beef rib eye.
